Exercise for New Moms
Certified instructor, low impact, high energy aerobics. Babies up to 8 months are welcome. New participants may begin at any time. The class is at Seton Northwest Health Plaza on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30am to 11:30am. Preregistration is required and costs $30 for 10 sessions or $5 per session.
