    Tai Chi

     An ancient Chinese martial art that has become famous for its health benefits. It’s good for balance, coordination,

     focus, concentration, strength, flexibility and relieving stress.  The moves incorporate correct posture and alignment

     of the joints.

 

    Qigong

    (alternate spelling - chi kung) Often called Chinese yoga, qigong is the practice of cultivating qi

    (pronounced  'chee'). Qi is energy, health and vitality. Students will participate in simple, non-strenuous exercises

    and standing meditations to help revitalize energy and improve health.
